“Over the past 20 years, ASE, as a back-end manufacturing service provider, has played a significant role in the success of fabless IC start-ups as well as the increased outsourcing by integrated device manufacturers (IDM),” said Dr. Tien Wu, President, ASE Americas, Europe & Japan. “ASE continues to support the FSA and its annual Suppliers Expo as we acknowledge the vital role that the FSA has played in the promotion and success of the fabless and ‘fablite’ semiconductor business models.”
“We are happy to have ASE Group as a platinum sponsor for the FSA Suppliers Expo this year, especially as the company celebrates its twentieth anniversary,” stated Jodi Shelton, co-founder and executive director of the FSA. “ASE has made many significant contributions over the last two decades in developing test and packaging technology critical to our members, and we look forward to the company’s continued involvement in the FSA.”
