To create a business environment that supports employee welfare and improves management resilience, we began conducting employee sustainability engagement surveys every two years Based on employee feedback, areas of improvement in the workplace or management policies can be identified and addressed effectively. Employees will feel more empowered to handle greater responsibilities, embrace change and make improvements, optimizing ASEH’s performance in sustainability.
