Guidelines of Management

ASEH has adopted human rights management practices that follow PDCA procedures and include risk identification, assessment, monitoring, control, and disclosure. In a reflection of the different roles played by ASEH, we focused our human rights management efforts on employees, suppliers, local communities, and customers of our operation and joint venture, performing due diligence with each group and providing whistle-blowing channels, as well as conducting human rights assessment and developing appropriate mitigation and remediation measures to prevent any human rights violations.
